First look: New Cartier watches

Revealed ahead of SIHH , the leading luxury watch fair that kicks off this coming January, the Cartier Libre collection turns Cartier style on its head. The twisted, stretched and completely reimagined shapes are seen in a new collection that was born of a desire to play with the Maison’s signature watch shapes. Signature Cartier codes have been stretched, shrunk and transformed. Though instantly recognisable as ‘Cartier’, the limited-edition individually numbered jewellery watches offer connoisseurs a touch of the unexpected.

Completely new shapes are seen in the Baignoire and Crash watches. Their proportions are disrupted, volumes accentuated and lines lengthened.
